Transformative Psychology Centre is committed to the principle, process and practice of lifelong learning. Essentially, lifelong learning is concerned with the process of learning right across the life span. In other words, if we remain open, we never stop learning, and people can benefit from a range of learning experiences.

Team-building, learning and development programs

Charles Thermos’ extensive experience as a psychologist, group facilitator, and organisational consultant has enabled him to gain an excellent reputation in the design and facilitation of a broad range of team-building, learning and development programs across various sectors, including health, education, psychology and the corporate world.

Charles consistently receives favourable feedback from participants about his engaging, perceptive and supportive facilitation style.

He is committed to ensuring that the needs of participants and groups are clearly identified and responded to through targeted, tailored and timely learning and development solutions.Some of the more popular programs designed and facilitated by Charles are presented below.

All of these incorporate adult learning principles and a variety of teaching and learning methods. These programs can be delivered to groups/teams or individuals as they are, or tailored to particular needs. Charles is happy to discuss your needs and objectives with you at any time.

Delivery format

These programs are usually delivered in a four-hour time block, which can be extended for a more comprehensive program, depending on your needs and objectives. Any of these programs can be delivered at your business, organisation or venue of choice.

Other professional learning and development programs

Other professional learning and development programs are available on request and can be tailored to the needs of an individual or team/group. These include:

These programs can be delivered as four- or two-hour sessions, depending on particular needs and depth of learning required.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Transformative Psychology Centre provides Employee Assistance Programs to individuals in businesses and organisations. Drawing on our extensive experience as psychologists, we provide confidential psychological and counseling services for individuals who require support and a safe space to discuss various personal and/or professional issues.
